Gallery – Little Hill Farm

Little Hill Farm lies between Deanshanger and Buckingham and is home to one of the best preserved brick and stone bridges over the canal as well as the location of on of the accommodation lift bridges. At one time very overgrown, the canal bed and towpath has had a large number of trees removed and Bridge 16 has been conserved. At the far South-Western end of this section is where Bridge 18 used to stand, now just a filled-in bank across the course of the canal. Unfortunately, due to access restrictions (this is private land) there has not been any work on this site in recent years and the canal bed is becoming overgrown again.
