Calendar – Details of BCS work parties and events.
Work Parties – Buckingham Canal Society runs regular work parties on Thursdays and every second Sunday of the month throughout the year on four sites along the Buckingham Canal. (Check the calendar for details and dates). The aim of these work parties is to restore and preserve the canal.
Newsletter – Buckingham Canal Society publishes a quarterly newsletter called “The Buckingham Navigator” with news about our progress on the restoration of the Buckingham Canal. It also contains information about events, work parties and delves into the canal’s long history.
Events – Annual Cosgrove Canal Festival & Craft Fair – The Society organises an annual summer festival at Cosgrove, with a rally of boats, stalls and games for all the family, that now features a Craft Fair. There are also a number of other events during the year that we arrange or are involved in.
