Gallery – Hyde Lane

The site at Hyde Lane is leased from BBOWT and maintained as a nature reserve. In 2008 we exposed the lock chamber (lock No 1) which was almost invisible under vegetation. In 2012 old lock gates were put into place in the lock as a representation of what the working lock would have looked like. We continue to maintain this location as a place to people to enjoy walking and being with nature.
