The Buckingham Navigator – Issue 115 Spring 2023

We are pleased to inform you that The Buckingham Navigator – Issue 115 Spring 2023 is now available to view or download from the newsletter page.

As well as our regular features, this issue also includes:

  • Terry Cavender details the work taking place west of Bridge No.1, and lays out the up & coming plans for it this year.
  • Athina Beckett and her work parties continue the maintenance work at Hyde Lane and talks about the preparation of the Lock Chamber for further remedial tasks.
  • I inform you about what you can expect at this year’s AGM, whilst Edima Inwang gives a shout out to vendors for this summer’s Cosgrove Canal Festival & Craft Fair. We really encourage you all to attend either, or both, and support your local canal restoration group – THAT’S US OF COURSE!
  • Steve Morley chronicles Dredger Diana’s rather troubled homecoming journey…did she make it? Spoiler…I’m happy to say she did!
  • We welcome our newest recruit. Shivanshi Marwah picks up where Becky Hall left off as our Community Engagement Lead.
