COVID-19 Update

In light of government restrictions imposed from 24th March 2020, we are cancelling all work parties and events until further notice.

Whenever there are any changes to the imposed restrictions we will review this situation and make a decision based on Government and CRT advice as to if and when to resume of activities.  We will keep you informed at regular intervals.

The BCS trustees will continue working in the background with electronic meetings etc., ensuring we are ready to continue when able.

A very small number of volunteers will be undertaking essential safety related, pre-arranged tasks, to ensure the safety of our sites. This will be pre agreed with CRT and other relevant authorities.

This decision was not taken lightly by the BCS trustees, but for the safety of our volunteers and the country as a whole, we believe this is the right course of action.

We recognise this is a very challenging time for everyone. If any of you need to chat, then you are welcome to call any of the trustees. Please stay safe and well. We look forward to seeing you at future sessions.
