Thank you for your interest in the Buckingham Canal restoration. There are many ways to get involved ranging from practical help with restoration work, membership of the society, help with fund-raising, donations and emails of support. Each of these are described in more detail below.

Membership – We welcome new members from near and far. For more details please email membership@buckinghamcanal.org.uk or view the membership page.

Volunteering – We hold regular work parties on the second Sunday of each month and alternate Thursdays. We also have a variety of other volunteering opportunities you can become involved with. Grant Support – To help us gather data evidencing public support of our activities for grant applications, please email your support for the restoration giving your name and postcode to supporters@buckinghamcanal.org.uk.

Corporate team building days – We have been running corporate team building days over a number of years where groups from 5 to 30 people have joined us for a range of projects. These have included McAfee, Santander, Lloyds TSB, NHBC and the Open University to name but a few who have come back for more! Situations Vacant – We have positions available for volunteers with specific skills and interests. Even if you don’t see a role that matches your skills, please do get in touch. For details please go to the Situations Vacant page.

Donate – You can now donate to BCS on-line through our shop. Just enter your details and the amount of the donation and that’s it.
